The purpose of this rulemaking is to repeal the existing Rules Pertaining to the Administration and Enforcement of the Pet Animal Care and Facilities Act currently codified at 8 CCR 1201-11. The Rules will be re-enacted and amended at 8 CCR 1202-15. |
