The purpose of this rulemaking is to clarify and update terms and definitions; remove body-condition scoring references and charts; and update and simplify the notice that livestock markets must provide regarding diseased, injured, or disabled animals. These revisions incorporate changes as a result of the Department’s Regulatory Efficiency Review Process. |
