| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of the amendments to this rule is to create a new definition of wet whole plant so the Department may create a new category upon which it will calculate an average market rate for the sale or transfer of retail marijuana wet whole plants. The Department will also create a new category to implement a new average market rate for the sale or transfer of retail marijuana seeds. |
