Description of Subjects/Issues |
Pursuant to HB14-1031 proposed changes refine current definitions and add new ones; establish fencing, signage, and lighting requirements for storage facilities; and implement maximum rates for the nonconsensual towing and recovery of motor vehicles of all weights; and deletes duplicative language in the civil penalty rules. |

Exceptions were not filed to the Recommended Decision adopting rules, thus the recommended decision became a decision of the Commission and subject to a 20-day appeal period but no appeal (applications for rehearing, reargument or reconsideration) were filed, so the rules became final May 22, 2017. |
