| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
These regulations are promulgated in implementation of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act as amended, and in particular sections 25-8-501 through 505, C.R.S., as amended and are designed to be in conformity with that act and the Federal Clean Water Act and regulations promulgated thereunder. These regulations apply to all operations discharging to waters of the State from a point source. |
