Expand allowable job contacts to include reemployment services provided by staff at local workforce centers to individuals who are invited to participate in a program to include reemployment services as part of the required work search. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Unemployment Insurance Division is responsible for administering § 8-73-107, Colorado Revised Statutes (C.R.S.), which requires individuals who request payment of unemployment benefits to meet certain weekly eligibility requirements, including seeking work.
Eligibility Requirements (Part II)
Add a new section allowing the Unemployment Insurance Division to permit certain reemployment services provided by local workforce centers to be counted towards the weekly work-search requirements for those individuals who are offered the option to do so. |
