These rules are being repealed as redundant and unnecessary. The current statute applicable to brakes on vehicles, §42-4-223, CRS, and 8 CCR 1507-1, the Rules and Regulations Concerning Minimum Standards for the Operation of Commercial Vehicles, have been determined to adequately address the use of surge brakes within the state |
