No written or verbal comments were received concerning these proposed amendments that were then adopted by the Colorado Dental Board after conducting a public stakeholder meeting and concluding its noticed rulemaking hearing. Christy Chase of the Office of Legislative Legal Services brought to my attention an oversight on our part concerning this particular rule rather than an issue. The amendments to this rule address the oversight Ms. Chase identified for us. |
