The Secretary is considering rule revisions necessary to ensure proper administration of legislation, establish uniformity in the administration of current law, organize existing rules for clarity, eliminate obsolete provisions, simplify existing rule language, remove language duplicative of statute, respond to comments from the Office of Legislative Legal Services, and ensure consistency with Department rulemaking standards.
