Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to create a Part 17 establishing the criteria for determining which pesticides may be used in the cultivation of cannabis to prevent unsafe use and change the recordkeeping period for Private Applicators to two years to match the requirement in the Pesticide Applicator’s Act. |
