The new Part 7 Procedural Rules of the Solid and Hazardous Waste Commission are intended to incorporate better prehearing processes, define potential, apparent and actual conflicts of interests required for disclosure by Commissioners, as well as clarify the informal hearing and formal rulemaking processes. |

Reference tracking number 2015-00696. Due to inclement weather on November 17, 2015, the Solid and Hazardous Waste Commission continued the following matter to February 16, 2016. The proposed new Part 7 Procedural Rules of the Solid and Hazardous Waste Commission are intended to incorporate better prehearing processes, define potential, apparent and actual conflicts of interests required for disclosure by Commissioners, as well as clarify the informal hearing and formal rulemaking processes. |
