To revise the definition of “Routine Conformity Determination” in Regulation Number 10, Section II. This revision will allow the Division to concur on certain conformity determinations presently brought to the Commission for consideration. The Division may also correct any typographical, grammatical, and formatting errors found throughout the regulation. |
