| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To amend the electric rules consistent with SB 15-046, SB15-254, HB15-1284 and HB15-1377, which modify the renewable energy statute, § 40-2-124, C.R.S., and the statute authorizing community solar gardens, § 40-2-127, C.R.S. The proposed rules also update the low income rules, references to federal rules, and procedures for testing revenue meters upon a customer’s request. Finally, the proposed rules incorporate recent changes to the Commission’s rules of practice and procedure, 4 CCR 723-1. |

On March 4, 2016, the Commission granted exceptions to the Recommended Decision adopting rules; the modified adopted rules were subject to a 20-day appeal period but no applications for rehearing, reargument or reconsideration were filed, so the rules became final March 24, 2016. |
