#15-7-1-1: Revisions to the Child Welfare Training Rules |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
These proposed rules correct language in the sections of the Child Welfare training rules that contradict rule changes that were promulgated effective January 1, 2015. They were inadvertently neither removed nor revised at that time.
The Office of Legislative Legal Services (OLLS) has oversight of rules promulgated by all state agencies. During review of the child welfare training rules that were promulgated effective January 1, 2015, comments were received regarding potential issues. OLLS recommended specifying qualifications for positions in rule 7.602.1. |
