| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The Colorado Emergency Planning Commission was transferred from the Department of Local Affairs to the Department of Public Safety in HB12-1283, C.R.S. 24-1-128.6 (4)(a)(b). However, these rules remain with the Department of Local Affairs and need to be repealed in their entirety as new rules will be promulgated in the Department of Public Safety. |
