Amending Fire Suppression Program Rules |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
House Bill 14-1221 directed DFPC to adopt, by 01-01-15, a separate set of design and installation standards and a separate registration category applicable only to residential fire suppression systems. On 12-30-14, and again on 04-30-15, DFPC promulgated emergency rules in compliance with HB 14-1221. This proposed rulemaking finalizes the changes proposed in the emergency rules as well as consolidates the rules with 8 CCR 1507-54, Registration Of Sprinkler Fitters And Inspectors Of Multipurpose Residential Fire Sprinkler Systems In One and Two Family Dwellings And Townhouses. |
