To consider the promulgation of modifications to the 5 CCR 1006-2, Medical Use of Marijuana regulations to remove notary requirements, add post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as a new debilitating medical condition, address issues brought to the department’s attention by the Office of Legislative Legal Services (OLLS) after review of regulation changes approved by the Board of Health in September 2014; and make technical clarifications. |
