Note: the existing rule is solely a Form. This Form will be deleted through this rule-making action, to be replaced by the text of the adopted rule. Once the adopted rule becomes effective, the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board will create a new disclosure form pursuant to the provisions of the adopted rule, and, in the future will revise the form as provided in the adopted rule. |
