To establish minimum requirements and standards for licenses to sell, store, or use fireworks. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this rule change is to update the referenced codes and standards utilized for the manufacture, transportation, storage, and retail sales of fireworks and pyrotechnic articles. The updated codes incorporate the most recent technologies, products, and other safety related information. Another purpose of this rule change is to adjust the adopted fee structure in order that the Division can adequately cover its actual direct and indirect costs and expenses for the services it provides |
