The final version of the adopted rules in 2014-01070, filed by us on December 22, 2014, included two proposed revisions that were NOT adopted by the agency. Specifically, the "clean" version sent for publication mistakenly included the deletion of two reserved rules, Rules 338 and 339. Deleting these rules inadvertently moved Rules 340 and 341 up two spots. The "redline" version filed with SoS was correct. Attached are the corrected pages which can replace pages 97 and 98 of our prior submission. |
