| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Provide revisions that will make the rules easier to read and understand; and update rules to reflect changes in disease detection, surveillance, testing, and monitoring. A “Definitions” section was created to remove duplicative definitions from throughout the rule; this section will apply to the entire rule except where a more specific definition remains within a specific Part. These revisions incorporate changes as a result of the Department’s Regulatory Efficiency Review Process. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to provide revisions that will make the rules easier to read and understand; and update rules to reflect changes in disease detection, surveillance, testing, and monitoring. A “Definitions” section was created to remove duplicative definitions from throughout the rule; this section will apply to the entire rule except where a more specific definition remains or is set forth within a specific Part. These revisions incorporate changes as a result of the Department’s Regulatory Efficiency Review Process conducted in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order D 2012-002. |
