| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To consider specific, targeted revisions to Regulation Number 3, Part F, Section VI, containing the Regional Haze Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) determinations that the Commission adopted and EPA approved as part of Colorado's Regional Haze State Implementation Plan. The proposed changes amend the NOx BART determination for Craig Station Unit 1, and clarify the BART status for Craig Units 1 and 2. |
