| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to make permanent emergency rules effective June 11, 2014. Specifically the amendments adopt a registration time period of 30 days prior to planting with the elimination of the May 1 registration deadline; and allow the Department to collect crop intended harvest date and disposition information 30 days prior to harvest, rather than 7 days prior to harvest. |
