| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Please see the attached Notice of Adoption including a Statement of Basis. The Secretary adopted amendments to the election rules in order to improve the administration and enforcement of Colorado elections law and to increase the transparency and security of the election process. Specifically, the Secretary permanently adopted rules concerning Colorado’s certified voting equipment conditions for use. |
