Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The State Physical Therapy Board finds immediate adoption of Rule 215 is imperatively necessary to comply with the state law, specifically Senate Bill 14-099 signed by the Governor on May 31, 2014. The Board further finds compliance with the requirements of section 24-4-103, C.R.S., applicable to non-emergency rules, would be contrary to the public interest. Specifically, the purpose of this rule is to add clarity to Senate Bill 14-099 by addressing eligibility, supervision, professional liability insurance, and protection of medical records requirements in rule. |
