| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
These rules and regulations provide for the creation and adoption of the planning guidance necessary for state departments and agencies to use in developing viable and executable Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP). Contingency planning facilitates the performance of department/agency mission essential functions during any emergency or situation that may disrupt normal operations. |
