Proposed amendments implement HB12-1294 by recognizing facilities currently accredited by an accrediting organization recognized by Federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as satisfying the requirements for renewal of a health facility license & providing a license fee reduction for qualifying hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, hospices and home care agencies. Proposed amendments also fees. |
