| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The following amendments are proposed to improve the Unemployment Insurance Division’s administration of Articles 70 through 83, Title 8, Colorado Revised Statutes (CRS).
Separations Related to Domestic Violence (Part IV)
Add a definition of domestic violence to improve the administration of § 8-73-108 (4)(r), CRS.
Waiver of Recovery (Part XV)
Add clarification of other factors considered when determining whether to grant a waiver to an individual with an overpayment of unemployment benefits. |
