| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Resolution 38 provides rules for regulating the Installation of Manufactured Housing. This revision to the Resolution adds the installer address to information included on the installation Insignia. |
| Comments |
Resolution 38 was significantly revised and adopted 7/9/2013. OLLSS contacted DOH after the rule was effective and was concerned the installer's address was removed from the installation Insignia. DOH decided to add the address back in instead of going thru legislation. This was the only change. See line 567. |
