The purpose of Rule 8 is to establish playing rules for blackjack and procedures for conducting blackjack games. The purpose of Rule 10 is to establish playing rules for authorized types of poker and management procedures for conducting poker games. The purpose of Rule 23 is to establish playing rules for craps and procedures for conducting craps games. |
