| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend the rule to clarify disease percentages, references to all strains of PVYN, and standards for viruses; to reduce the percentage of tubers allowed with necrotic viruses; and to require that disease standards for seed potatoes to be planted are the same as what is required in the Colorado Rules and Regulations for the Certification of Seed Potatoes. |
