This regulation is being repealed because the Division promulgated regulation 1-2-19 in response to HB 13-1062. Regulation 1-2-19 and C.R.S. 10-2-417 (HB 13-1062) address the seventy-two (72) hour right to rescind a public adjuster contract. |
