PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATIVE RULE
The Colorado Department of Personnel and Administration’s administrative procurement rule is found at 1 CCR 109. A rulemaking was held on October 30, 2013 at 633 17th St., Suite 2ABC, Denver, Colorado 80202. The hearing was held in order to facilitate amendments/changes and updates to the rule pursuant to the passage of HB13-1292 – the “Keep Jobs in Colorado Act of 2013.” The executive director is exercising her rulemaking authority as granted under 24-92-110, C.R.S., 24-102-101, C.R.S. and HB 13-1292.
The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking was issued September 30, 2013 for publication by the Secretary of State on October 10, 2013. The proposed rules and statement of basis and purpose have been available for review at the Executive Director’s website since September 30, 2013. T |
