Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this rulemaking was to harmonize the Commission’s rules with Colorado Senate Bill 13-194 (SB13-194), enacted April 1, 2013. SB13-194 repeals the Colorado Low-Income Telephone Assistance Program (LITAP), which the Commission administers. |

The repeal became final November 4, 2013 after a 20 day period to allow for exceptions on the Recommended Decision and another 20 day period to allow for Applications for Rehearing, Reargument, or Reconsideration. See the Redline/Strikeout version which shows the repealed rules in strikeout. |
