This rulemaking replaced rulemaking initiated with TN 2011-00584, which was further suplemented by filings made in TN 2012-00069 and TN 2012-01112. The rules adopted in the Decision on Exceptions were subject to appeal during a period for filing applications for rehearing, reargument, or reconsideration. The rules became final December 24, 2013 when no appeal was filed. |
