| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To amend Board Rule I.B in order to re-introduce the Board’s former rule allowing for “indirect supervision” to occur under limited circumstances now that the supervision requirement in section 12-64-103(17), C.R.S has been amended to change the supervision requirements of “veterinary premises.” Additionally, to create Board Rule II.A.17 in order to address the licensure exemption allowed pursuant to House Bill 12-1059. |
