CDPHE’s Environmental Agriculture Program requested the Commission set a rulemaking hearing to consider proposed changes to Regulation 2, Part B, including Section X.D., specific to reporting requirements. The Program also proposed to remove obsolete dates throughout the regulation and to delete an experimental cover requirement applicable to housed commercial swine feeding operations in Section IV.A.3.f. |
