| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of these rules is to regulate persons practicing speech-language pathology in Colorado by implementing the requirements of House Bill 12-1303, which is codified in Article 43.7 of Title 12, C.R.S. The rules generally include provisions regulating certification, reinstatement, continuing competency, reporting, liability insurance, patient records, fines, and non-certified practice. |
