| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed amendments regarding allowable procedures and reimbursement rates for dental services to the existing Rules for Service Grants for the Dental Assistance Program. The proposed rules (amendments) are based upon recommendations of the Dental Advisory Committee regarding allowable dental procedures and reimbursement rates in accordance with sections 25-21-107.5(2)(c) and 25-21-105(6), C.R.S., signed into law May 22, 2012. |
