These rules reflect the Board’s review and revision of its existing rules to increase their clarity. The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend existing rules to clarify the rules generally and to specifically clarify the requirements for examination and licensure, the rights and responsibilities of individuals and firms licensed, registered, or practicing through mobility under the Act, licensing, license maintenance, and the practice of public accounting in this state. |
