This filing is in reference to tracking number 2012-00588. Rules 6, 7, 8, 26, 28, and 29 were addressed at the August 9, 2012, hearing and comments were submitted and testimony was heard. The Colorado Board of Chiropractic Examiners postponed voting on rules 6, 7, and 29, until a later date. At the August 9, 2012, hearing, Rule 8 was adopted as amended, Rule 26 was repealed, and Rule 28 was adopted as proposed. On November 15, 2012, Rules 6 and 7 were adopted as amended, and Rule 29 was adopted as proposed. The basis and purpose of the rules is to carry out the provisions of Article 33 of Title 12, C.R.S.
