| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose is to increase allowable disbursements to districts by 1% for Administrative Costs that each district can claim for operating CTE programs for FY 12. The 1% increase in allowable disbursement as a percentage of total costs will cover the newly posted Colorado Department of Education ICR rates and permit disbursement of categorical funding allocated by the General Assembly for the career preparation of Colorado’s future workforce. |
