| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on the repeal of 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter XIV, Maternity Hospitals. The proposed repeal is being requested because of new legislation that removed the Department’s authority to license and set standards for maternity hospitals. |

NOTE: When the notice of rule-making was filed for this regulation the wrong proposed rule was attached. The correct rule was provided to the Board of Health to review prior to the hearing and at the hearing. Additionally the correct regulation was submitted as adopted rules to the SOS at the time the attorney general opinion was requested. This rule was repealed per House Bill 1294. |
