| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on the repeal of 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter XII, Chiropractic Centers and Hospitals. The proposed repeal is being requested because of new legislation that removed the Department’s authority to license and set standards for chiropractic centers and hospitals. |
