| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposed amendments changes the eligibility of seniors to participate in this program, reinstating the provider reimbursement schedule for the Dental Assistance Program and changing grantee required documentation. The proposed rules (amendments) are based upon statute changes regarding the eligibility requirements of seniors, the need to reinstate the expired provider reimbursement schedule and increased program funding which may require more grantee applications. |
