| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this rule is to establish the qualifications for an acupuncturist license as required in sections 12-29.5-104(3) and 24-34-102(8.5), C.R.S. The basis and purpose of the adopted rule is to implement the provisions of House Bill 11-1100 concerning the education, training or service gained in military service, as required by section 24-34-102(8.5), C.R.S. The statutory authority for the adopted rule is found in section 12-29.5-110(1)(a), 12-29.5-104(3), and 24-34-102(8.5), C.R.S. |
