| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The basis for the revision and adoption of the following rules is: Section 12-45-107(1)(a) of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
The purpose for the revision and adoption of these rules is to:
• Clarify and update language in rule 2.2 - Definitions in Alphabetical Order – Practice of Landscape Architecture.
• Consider military experience in the review of applications for licensure as legislated in HB11-1100 in Rule 4.5.2(j).
• Update and clarify language and terminology, general housekeeping (correcting typographical errors, formatting, punctuation, etc.) for all rule sections. |
