to continue emergency transportation rules originally adopted by Decision No. C11-0838 in Docket No. 11R-638TR with TN 2011-00541: to implement: SB 11-180 which amends the authority of taxicabs to pick up passengers outside their assigned geographic areas; and HB 11-1198, which reorganizes the statutes governing motor carriers and makes substantive and non substantive amendments to provisions granting regulatory authority to the Commission. |
