Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Failure to maintain a record of complaints, as specified therein, is declared to be an unfair trade practice
10-3-1104 (1) (i), C.R.S. The purpose of this regulation is to prescribe the minimum information required to be maintained in such a record of complaints and to prescribe a format for such record which may be used by any person subject to this Regulation. |
