| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The Federal Communications Commission's recent "Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking" enacts sweeping reforms in the telecommunications industry to Intercarrier Compensation and the Universal Service Fund (USF). The attached rules establish a cap on access rate elements and on the Colorado High Cost Support Mechanism fund (aka USF) as result of FCC changes. |
